Uganda is also Africa's most complete bird watch destination with
more than 1,000 species recorded within an area comparable to that of Great Britain.

The albertine region is host to many of these birds.
These constitue 67% of Africa's and 11.1% of the world's total bird population which
makes the country a must visit for bird lovers.
