Uganda is at crossroads of vegetation types that take separate forms in central, eastern and southern Africa. Here, the Acacia woodlands of the east meet forests of the west; forests species mingle with savanna species, further increasing the diversity of both animal and bird life.
The combined effects of geological and climatic history have thus created a country of great divesity and natural beauty, where the tourist interested in wildlife and scenary will be captivated.
The country's cultural heritage is so magnificent with a collection of all the tribal groups. Buganda Kingdom, Tooro, Bunyoro and Busoga among others are all very strong institutions whose cultural norms and values still permeate in our society.
The royal places, tombs and living culture of dress, song and dances which inlude the Royal Bwola dance from the north, Magunju and Bakisimba dance from central, Ntogoro from the west, Embalu dance from the East and many others are all part of the country's cultural diversity.
